The online coaching programs run for 6 consecutive weeks (1 hr 30 mins a session). It’s the same ‘time’ investment as an hour workout at the gym including getting there and back. The group size is kept small and interactive and it’s a wonderful opportunity to learn skills and strategies to deal with the curve balls of life.

If you prefer in person and are Cape Town based then we will walk and talk, shoulder to shoulder in a safe environment surrounded by nature. These sessions are NOT exercise sessions.
