The quality of our human existence depends very much on how we use language.

If you can imagine that humans live in language like fish live in water; we are continually surrounded and immersed in it.

How we say things can have a major influence on what does and what doesn’t get done on both a professional and personal level. If we are now aware that language shapes our existence…..

EMOTIONS

There is an inextricable link between moods and emotions and language.

The conversations we have take place in emotional spaces. How the conversation feels, in which direction it heads all depend on the moods we are in and the emotions we experience in that particular conversation.

Why is it that when we feel that we are having a much needed ‘right conversation’ it sometimes lands up going all wrong ?

BODY

We don’t HAVE a body, we ARE a body.

So much stuff is stored in our physical bodies even without us realizing it. We look at how your physical body is helping or hindering how you show up in the world.

Ever heard of the phrase ‘the body keeps score’… We each have a unique nervous system and our bodies are triggered by different things.
